We pay great attention to the quality of our packaging, which is why we only use raw materials from verified and certified European producers. The quality of our products is confirmed by certificates issued by international laboratories and associations, ensuring that our packaging meets all the highest European requirements for food contact materials.

To ensure high quality packaging for our customers, every year we invest in new equipment and quality improvements, carry out the necessary laboratory tests and review and improve our production processes.

We take full responsibility for stability and sustainability, and we commit to improving the environment, reducing our impact on CO2 emissions and contributing to global climate improvement initiatives. Approved Quality, Environment Policy (IVSV Annex 3 IVS Policy), targets to reduce our direct and indirect emissions impacts, and energy and other conservation, environmental protection and enforcement initiatives.

8 April 2021 AZ-Pack has implemented ISO 9001:2015 quality management and ISO 14001:2015 environmental management systems. The introduction of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system has enabled the company to improve the quality of its production and services and to ensure that its products effectively meet customer and regulatory requirements. In 2025, we obtained FSSC 22000 certification, confirming our commitment to the highest standards of food safety management in the packaging sector.

We currently have 6 lines of production equipment in our technical base. 3 lines are dedicated to the production of Bag-in-Box packaging, the other 3 lines are dedicated to the production of vacuum bags and Doy-Pack stand-up pouches.

Bag-In-Box packaging production line

Currently, AZ-Pack UAB exports its products to more than 30 countries (Western and Central Europe, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and Asia), and supplies the largest Lithuanian food production companies, farms and retail chains. The company's main products are vacuum bags, printed bags and Bag in Box packaging for liquids. Each year the company actively develops its export expansion, increasing sales volumes and at the same time looking for modern technological solutions that would help to improve the economies of scale of production and also reduce the environmental impact.

Doy-Pack packaging production line

At the end of 2019, we purchased new equipment to produce Doy-Pack packaging. The new equipment allows us to produce Pocket ZIP pouches with a special closure that opens on the side of the pouch (most standard ZIP pouches open through the top). We can also produce bags with rounded corners and smaller sizes. The smallest possible width of bags is 80 mm.

Vacuum bag production line

In spring 2019, we added a new vacuum bag machine to our production base. The new equipment offers increased efficiency and a reliable quality tracking system.

Thanks to this equipment, we can also produce large bags up to 1200 mm wide and 3000 mm long. The larger vacuum bags are suitable for transporting and storing consumer goods, household goods, clothing, food products or liquids.

In 2023, AZ-Pack invested in new Bag-in Box equipment PPM (Pro Project Machinery), which doubled efficiency and production volume.
